Canavita was founded in 2020 and develops and produces CBD oil of the highest quality in Denmark. All our products comply with all applicable legislation, so we guarantee you the best product.


Our mission is to spread knowledge about the incredibly beneficial properties of CBD and cannabis products and give you the opportunity to safely and securely buy your CBD products online.


Canavita's CBD oils are cosmetics, and are registered with the EU in the CPNP. The CBD oil is applied to the mucous membranes in the oral cavity, which it softens.ines.

All our products contain <0.2% delta-9 THC.

Payment

Canavita accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard. All amounts are in Danish kroner (EUR) and include VAT. Your IP location may adjust to local currency like: NOK, SEK, GBP etc.

No card or payment fees are imposed on the customer.

 

Safe Payment

Canavita encrypts all card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read the card number or other information during the transaction.

The payment is only debited to the customer's payment card when the item has been dispatched from the warehouse.


 

 

Delivery

When ordering, the order is dispatched the same day if ordered before: 14:30 (Monday to Friday). In most cases, the order arrives the next day. If the order is placed at the weekend or on a public holiday, the order will be dispatched on the following Monday or working day. All items are delivered while stocks last. We deliver to almost all of Europe in cooperation with e.g. GLS.

 

Price policy

All items are incl. VAT and all charges. The cost of shipping is charged to the customer.

The price at the time of ordering is the current price.

If a price is clearly incorrect and you should reasonably have discovered this, we are under no obligation to supply that product at the incorrect price.

 

Order

When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. If you do not receive this, please contact us at contact@canavita.store In addition, you will receive a dispatch confirmation on the same e-mail when the item is dispatched from the warehouse.


Satisfaction guarantee

Canavita offers full satisfaction after 30 days of using our products. If you as a customer are not satisfied with the effect, we will refund the purchase price. The satisfaction guarantee is conditional on the product being used daily for the 30 days and according to Canavita's instructions. If you want to make use of the satisfaction guarantee, it is conditional on you contacting Canavita no later than 35 days after the product has been received. If you have ordered a package offer, the remaining unopened bottles must be returned to Canavita.

The warranty is only valid for the first purchase.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back, which is EUR 5.

 


Right of withdrawal 

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to contact@canavita.store or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

However, it requires that the product's packaging is unbroken and the product has not been used in order to be refunded the full amount.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back, which is EUR 5.

Cancellation of parts of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

 

Return

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

The customer is liable if damage occurs during transport.

All returns must be sent to Canavita's warehouse and the return must contain all necessary material about the order.

We recommend that GLS be used for returns.

 

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

 

 

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund the payment received from you, no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.

 

 

Right of complaint

The Purchase Act's defect rules apply to goods purchases.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have the right to complain for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the product repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.

When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

 

Oder country and THC limit values

If you order products for an area/a country outside Denmark's borders, it is the customer's responsibility to update himself on the relevant recipient country's legislation regarding THC content, which may be different from the 0.2% limit value.

In such cases, Canavita disclaims any responsibility in relation to any purchases to areas/countries with different legislation and imports are solely the responsibility of the customer.

 


Discount codes

Discount codes for www.canavita.store is always issued by Canavita. If you are in doubt about how the discount code is used or how long it is valid for, you can always contact contact@canavita.store or tel. +45 71743548. Discount codes generally do not work for items already discounted.

 

 

Personal data processing

To shop at www.canavita.store, we need the following information:

Full name

Address

Mobile number

Email address

 

 

We register this information for the purpose of sending you your desired order.

Personal data is registered at Canavita.dk and stored for five years, after which it is deleted.

Canavita stores this information in order to comply with the right of withdrawal and complaint. This information is always stored with the customer's consent, and this happens when accepting the trading conditions, when purchasing goods at www.canavita.dk

Canavita does not pass on or sell personal information to third parties.

The data controllers at Canavita are: Shopify, webshipper and Simply.

Products and content
The cannabinoid content in our products can vary from production to production. However, the THC % will always be below 0.2%.
